Connection and account guides

1. On “Home” tap the trial button - if the trial is still available: “Try free” or, when the trial is paid, “Trial for …” (price and term are on the button; pay from balance, with Telegram Stars or SBP - the trial is issued right after payment). Otherwise “Get subscription”: the “Buy” tab opens, pick a period and pay (see “Payment and renewal” below).
   • During the trial Happ shows a single “🌐 Auto · best server” line - the server is picked for you, the traffic limit is on the trial button. All countries appear after payment.
2. Install Happ - the app that runs the VPN. On the subscription card tap “Get the app” and choose your store. In the App Store and Google Play it is “Happ - Proxy Utility”; on an iPhone with a Russian Apple ID - “Happ Lite”. Other “Happ VPN” apps are fakes. For desktop - happ.su.
3. On the subscription card on “Home” tap “Connect a device”, then “Open in Happ”. Happ opens and adds the subscription by itself.
   • Happ did not open - tap “Copy the link”, then in Happ: “+” → “Paste from clipboard”.
   • Happ is on another device - tap “QR” on the subscription card and scan the code with the Happ camera.
4. In Happ pick a server and tap the connect button. To check: 2ip.ru should show the server address, not yours.

You need the latest Happ - an old one says “Subscription URL is not valid”. The subscription refreshes the server list on its own, nothing needs reinstalling.

• The subscription card on “Home” has a “Smart routing” switch. On - sites of your country (banks, government services, local apps) go directly, bypassing VPN: faster and no “VPN detected”. Everything else goes through VPN.
• Off - all traffic goes through VPN.
• After switching, refresh the subscription in Happ: pull the list down or tap “Update” on the subscription.

1. Open the “Buy” tab. If you already have a subscription, there are three buttons on top: “Extend”, “One more” and “Top up”.
2. Pick a period: “1 mo”, “3 mo”, “6 mo” or “12 mo”. The longer the period, the cheaper the month.
3. Have a promo code - tap “Have a promo code?”, enter it and tap “Apply”. The discount works with any payment method except “From balance”.
4. Under “Payment method” choose “СБП” (SBP - pay via your bank app). If your balance covers the price, “From balance” appears too.
5. Tap “Pay · СБП”. The payment page opens - pay and come back to the app. The subscription updates on its own.

You can also renew from “Home”: the “Extend” button on the subscription card. The new period is added to the current one - renew before it ends, no days are lost. To stop watching the date: on the “Referrals” tab turn on “Auto-renew from balance” - 3 days before the end we extend by a month from your balance if it covers the price.

• “More” → “Notifications”: turn the switch on and allow notifications. We will remind you when the subscription is about to end.
• On iPhone notifications work only for the app installed on the Home Screen. To install: open the app in Safari, tap “···” at the bottom → “Share” → “Add to Home Screen” → “Add”.
• Android: in Chrome tap “⋮” → “Install app”.
• The “Install the app” card on “Home” shows the steps for your device and disappears once installed.

• One subscription works on a limited number of devices at the same time. The list is on the subscription card on “Home”, the counter button (for example, 1/3). Remove the extra one - “Unlink”, the slot frees up immediately.
• Need more devices - the “Family pack” there doubles the limit until the subscription ends, paid from the balance; the text always names the device count and the date. When you renew the subscription the pack renews with it - the surcharge is part of the renewal price; turn it off there with the “Renew with subscription” switch.
• “More” → “Active sessions” are logins to this app, not VPN devices. There you can end a session on someone else’s phone.

• VPN does not connect or is slow - pick another server in Happ and refresh the subscription (pull the list down). Check the period on “Home”: if it is over - renew or get a new subscription.
• Happ says “Subscription URL is not valid” - update Happ to the latest version and add the subscription again.
• A new device does not connect - device limit. On the subscription card, the counter button → “Unlink” the extra one.
• Sites of your country do not open or say “VPN detected” - turn on “Smart routing” on “Home” and refresh the subscription in Happ.
• You shared the link and want to close access - “New subscription link” on the card on “Home”, then “Yes, reissue”. The old link stops working, add the new one to Happ.
• A 🌐 Auto key (WireGuard, AmneziaWG) - the same way: “Reissue key” on the key card, then “Yes, reissue”. The old config stops working, the new one opens right away.
• The app shows stale data - “More” → “Update the app”.
• Nothing helped - “More” → “Support” → “New ticket”. Describe the problem, you can attach a screenshot. The reply comes here and to the bot.
